These Terms & Conditions govern your use of weareandaaz.pk and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with Andaaz, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
Andaaz is a Pakistani menswear brand based in Lahore, offering premium shirts designed with quiet, deliberate craftsmanship. All products are sold directly through weareandaaz.pk and confirmed via WhatsApp.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Where a product shows both an original and an introductory price, the introductory price is a limited-time launch offer and not a permanent discount. Product photography is representative — minor variations in colour or fabric texture may occur due to screen display or natural fabric variation.
Orders are placed through the website and confirmed via WhatsApp. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and payment via NayaPay. An order is only confirmed once accepted by Andaaz — placing an order does not guarantee stock availability until confirmation is received.
Orders are shipped via Leopards Courier across Pakistan. Full details on delivery timelines and charges are available on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions set out on our Returns Policy page. Please review this before placing an order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or a purchase made through it shall first be addressed through direct communication with Andaaz via WhatsApp or email before any further action is taken.
